GREEN JOBS are the Next Generation’s Opportunities

The facts surrounding Green Careers BEFORE:

  • Currently there is a shortage in skilled labor (including leadership and well-trained workforce) in the agriculture industry.

  • Universities are shrinking programs and/or consolidating due to the lack of interest.

  • There is a perceived notion that agricultural jobs are not “cool” jobs.

The facts surrounding Green Careers NOW:

  • Increasing awareness and understanding the importance of agriculture and adjusting our perceptions on their importance

  • Showing the benefits of the choosing an agricultural job

  • Teaching the STEM subjects related to Agriculture

Mentorships and Internships

Once our location is finalized, we will be creating a space that will include internships and mentorships of various job opportunities. Following our Mission: of Giving Access to Youths thru Adults through Education and Vocation for a Sustainable Life.

Some Key areas we will be Focusing on:

  • Agriculture

  • STEM Education

  • STEM Vocational Training

  • Trades: Technology, Engineering, Plumbing, Electrical, and more

  • Enterprise (education and training)

  • Business Education and Application

  • The Process: from Seed to Harvest to Market

  • The 7 Ps of Marketing: Product, Price, Promotion, Placement, packaging, positioning, and of course…People !

  • Leadership and Community Involvement
